Shannen Doherty of ‘Dancing With the Stars’ has a new book coming out

Shannen Doherty is known as sweet Brenda Walsh in ‘Beverly Hills 90210′ and the first contestant eliminated from ‘Dancing With the Stars’ this season. The first comment is ironic considering her true nature on the show as being hard to work with and the second was shocking because she was actually a pretty good dancer with a compelling reason for being on the show (her sick and recovering dad loved the show and wanted her to do it).

However, Shannen Doherty isn’t going to fall under the radar just because she is off of ‘DWTS’. She has a new book coming out called, “Badass: A Hard-Earned Guide to Living Life with Style and (the Right) Attitude” and it is already available for pre-order.

The plot of the book according to the publisher and Amazon is this: Badass is a straightforward, but exciting journey to finding your inner badass and living life with moxie and style. Shannen shares intimate personal stories, like how both her parents nearly died when she was very young, and how these events have made an impact on her life. She also offers tips for using newfound confidence in relationships, and gives advice on dating, friendships, and handling “frenemies.” And she has lots of fun, creative ideas for living life to the fullest, from entertaining and vacationing to decorating and shopping. Woven throughout her tips and advice for living the badass lifestyle are photos, providing an intimate look at Hollywood’s favorite female badass.

Ooh, I can’t wait to see what she has to say about “frenemies”. I wonder if the book is going to be more general or expose like; I have a feeling more general but that’s ok as well.
