Jon Gosselin and Kate Gosselin have reunited, well only for their sextuplets 6th birthday party this weekend. But the two were able to put their differences behind them in order to celebrate 6 of their children’s birthday.
It is likely that Jon Gosselin has decided to be as nice as possible to Kate right now because he is hoping to get on her new show ‘Kate Plus 8′ because he wants to find a new TV gig to help him pay the $20,000 a month child support bill that he needs to meet. He certainly won’t be able to pay that fee by sitting on his butt and hanging out with his girlfriend.
However it seems very unlikely that Jon Gosselin will have any real and viable chance to appear on ‘Kate Plus 8′ and it doesn’t seem as if anyone else is interested in hiring for a TV show anytime soon either. Though, maybe Kate will hire him to be her babysitter now that they are getting on better now.

Just to be clear: Kate had a birthday pool party on Sunday (Mother’s Day). Jon didn’t attend – he was out and about with his new girlfriend (who, btw, is pudgy). Jon, by pre-arrangement, picked up the kids at the bus stop on Monday and took them to his apartment for a party. Kate did not attend. They were photographed together when Jon brought the kids back home. They didn’t “get together”, at all.
