I’m a huge Bradley Cooper fan. I think he is gorgeous, perhaps the best looking man in Hollywood and have loved him in everything I’ve seen, from ‘Wedding Crashers’ to ‘New York, I Love You’ and I’m planning on seeing ‘The A-Team’ on opening night. So, while I know, that as a fan I don’t have any right to know his personal business, I am still naturally curious.
It was a shock to me and all of his other fans to find out that he was dating Rene Zellwegger and it has been even more of a shock to see that they are still together. Many people just don’t see how the relationship works, they never really look like they are happy when photographed together and they certainly don’t look like they are in love.
But then, if they aren’t in love- it begs the question, why are they together? As a good fan, I have googled Bradley Cooper’s name many times and it seems as if there are many people on many different websites and forums who claim that Bradley Cooper is gay and Rene Zellwegger is his beard. The claim that Rene is better friends with his mom than him and he is only using the relationship as a cover.
When ‘Valentine’s Day’ came out and Bradly portrayed a gay man in love with Eric Dane’s character, many people claimed that Cooper was testing the water to see how people would react to him as a gay character. I have no idea if any of that is true, after all, this is the internet and there are theories and speculation on perhaps every actor in Hollywood. But, I as a huge fan, don’t care either way.
I mean, let’s be realistic here, I’m not likely to be going on any dates with Bradley Cooper anytime soon and therefore I can appreciate his work as an actor unbiasedly. If he is gay or straight, it won’t change who he is and the actor I have come to love. He will still be hot, he will still be talented and he will still be a box office draw (I saw ‘All About Steve’ just because I like him and didn’t think it was sooo bad- I told you I’m a true fan).
Nevertheless, it is Bradley Coopers life and no-one except for himself and his personal friends and family knows whether or not he is gay or straight and perhaps it is really no-one else’s business. Just like the true story behind his relationship with Rene Zellwegger is anybody else’s business. Who knows maybe they are deeply in love and planning a family as we speak!
