Gerard Butler seems to have that type of crass sense of humor that many people don’t enjoy. This time, his audience included Olivier Martinez and Halle Berry and nearly led to a fight between Gerard and Olivier. It seems as if Gerard wanted to boast abut his manhood and being well endowed (really classy party talk Gerry) and insinuated at the same time that Olivier was less than blessed.
England’s ‘Daily Mirror‘ newspaper is carrying the story and reports that Gerard Butler, while at a Pre-Oscar party:
“Made a gag about kilt-wearing Scotsmen being able to go commando because he has something to brag about.
With a cheeky wink at Halle, he started joking about effeminate Frenchmen and asked her if she knew what she was missing.”
Supposedly, another guest at the party revealed the story to the Mirror and said “Gerard began mucking around, bragging about Scotsmen and the size of their packages. He was joking that he could wear kilts and no undies because he was a ‘real man’, and that other Europeans wouldn’t be able to pull a kilt off.

No point to comment on something reported on a tabloid. They are truth-challenged.
Gerry Butler has a very irreverent, mischievous sense of humor that sometimes backfires on him. Just think of him as that precocious boy that you can’t help but forgive beause he’s so darned cute.
People need to lighten up. If you don’t like his jokes ignore him, idiots!
